Areas We Serve
Serving Los Angeles and Ventura counties — the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Conejo Valleys — and across Southern California. Twenty cities, four kinds of weather — find yours below. Each page speaks to the roofs its city actually has.
Crews That Travel Across Southern California
Our crews work the Santa Clarita and Conejo valleys, down the 5 into the San Fernando Valley, over the hills to the Westside, and out to the coast. The weather changes along the way, and so does the work: tile country in the valleys, postwar shingle and flat additions on the grid, below-grade and canyon drainage in the hills, salt air and sideways rain on the coast. The twenty cities below are where we work most often — not a boundary. If your address sits past the edge of the list, call and ask.
Santa Clarita & Conejo Valleys
Master-planned tile roofs whose underlayment — not the tile — decides their age, Newhall's older streets, and wind off the Conejo Grade.
San Fernando Valley & Foothills
Postwar ranch homes, flat-roof additions, serious summer heat, and the clay tile and hillside drainage of Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena.
The Hills & Canyons
Estate roofs, view decks over living space, below-grade rooms against wet slopes, and canyon drainage that gets planned, not hoped for.
The Coast
Salt air on every metal surface and rain that arrives sideways. Systems here are specified for the exposure, or they are temporary.
