One Family, One Trade

Silver Leaf Roofing & Waterproofing is the family-owned company of Fernando and Gustavo Salguero, with a decade of roofing and waterproofing experience across Southern California. The crews are not fenced into one valley: they work Los Angeles County, the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys, the Conejo Valley, the Westside and the coast, and they travel with the full scope on board. Distance changes the drive, not what we can do once we are there.

California treats roofing and waterproofing as a single discipline — sealing, waterproofing, and weatherproofing structures. We think that is exactly right, and it is the whole company in one sentence: shingle and tile overhead, membranes on decks and flat roofs, sealed walls below grade before the dirt goes back. One trade, practiced everywhere water tries to get in.

Four kinds of calls come in, and they are not the same conversation. A homeowner watching a stain spread across a bedroom ceiling wants to know whether this is a repair or a replacement. A property manager or HOA board wants a scope a board can read and a crew that can work around an occupied building. Someone holding a balcony inspection report wants the flagged work repaired and documented. And someone standing under an active drip wants a truck. We take all four, and each one gets answered in its own language rather than a version of the other three.

Same Company, Two Names

On the state's records this company is Silver Leaf Roofing And Waterproofing. Plenty of people know us as Silver Leaf Construction — that is the name on our earlier website and on our Instagram, and it is the same family, the same crews, and the same number to call: (661) 312-0216.

We spell that out because a property manager running vendor paperwork, or an owner checking a contractor before anyone gets on the roof, should not have to guess whether two names are one business. They are.

What We Believe

  • 01

The Site Is Clean Every Day

Tear-off is messy; our job sites aren't. The crew sweeps, stacks, and tarps before leaving — every day, not just the last one.

  • 02

    The Scope Arrives In Writing

What's failing, what it needs, and what it costs — with photos, before any work starts. You should never have to remember what a roofer said.

  • 03

    We Answer The Phone

Before the job, during it, and after the last truck leaves — 7 days a week. It's a promise you can test right now: (661) 312-0216.

  • 04

    Premium Is Shown, Not Claimed

Adjectives don't keep water out, so we spend them sparingly. Judge the work in the portfolio — every clip is our own crew on our own job.

How Every Job Runs

  1. 01

    Inspect

Someone gets on the roof — or under the deck — and documents what is actually there.

  2. 02

    Scope

You get it in writing: what's failing, what it needs, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Build

Our own crews do the work, and the finished job matches the scope you approved.

Call and you reach the people who own the company. Tell us what the water is doing, and we will come see it.
