Below-Grade Waterproofing
The half of this trade nobody photographs, because once it works it is buried. These clips are foundation and retaining walls being sealed against the soil that will be pushed back over them — membrane on the wall, details at every penetration, and the whole thing finished before the dirt returns.

Tile and Shingle Roofing
Pitched residential roofs, from tear-off through underlayment to the finished field. What a drone pass shows that a ladder cannot is whether the plane is true and the courses run straight — which is most of what separates a roof that was laid from a roof that was hurried.

Flat and Low-Slope Roofing
Single-ply membrane over occupied buildings, where the roof is also somebody's ceiling and the work happens above people going about their day. Flat roofs live and die at their edges, terminations and drains, so that is where the time goes.
