What We Collect
When you send our estimate form, we receive what you type: your name and phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email, city, property type, the service you're asking about, a timeline, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive what you share there.
What We Use It For
To respond to your request, schedule inspections and estimates, and carry out the work you hire us for. Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies.
Where It Lives and How Long
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. We keep lead information for up to 2 years so we can honor follow-ups and warranty conversations, then delete it.

What This Site Is
Everything here — service pages, guides, city pages, answers to common questions — is general information about roofing and waterproofing work. It describes how we approach the work. It is not an inspection of your building, not a recommendation for it, and not legal advice. Buildings get judged in person, not from a web page.
Estimates and Proposals
An estimate is not a contract. Anything we quote by phone, by email, or through the form on this site is a proposal — scope, materials, and price become an agreement only in a written document both sides sign. If you have not signed something, nothing has been agreed.
Photographs and Copy
The photographs, video, and writing on this site are ours. The field footage was shot on our own jobs. Please don't republish any of it as your own — if you want to use something, ask us first.
Information Changes
Codes, statutory deadlines, materials, and our own service area all change over time. We update these pages when they change, but we can't promise every page is current at the moment you read it. When a detail matters to a decision you are making, call and ask instead of relying on the page.
