What We Collect

When you send our estimate form, we receive what you type: your name and phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email, city, property type, the service you're asking about, a timeline, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive what you share there.

What We Use It For

To respond to your request, schedule inspections and estimates, and carry out the work you hire us for. Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it — which pages get read, which links get tapped, and whether the site is doing its job. Google sets cookies to do that, and it collects the usual technical details: approximate location from your IP address, the pages you visit, and basic device and browser information. We look at it in aggregate. We are not trying to identify you, and we do not sell or share this information.

We also count two specific actions so we know the site is working: taps on our phone number, and estimate forms submitted. Those record that it happened — not who did it.

When you arrive, your browser stores one small note to itself — under the name sl-attribution — recording which link brought you here and which page you landed on. If you then send the estimate form, that note travels with it, so we know whether you found us through our Google listing, a search, or somewhere else. It holds no name, no number, and nothing you typed, it is not a cookie and nothing outside this site can read it, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal, we check for it before analytics loads and then do not load it at all — no cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. You can also opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with Google's browser add-on. This site runs no advertising or retargeting trackers, and we do not sell or share your information.

Where It Lives and How Long

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. We keep lead information for up to 2 years so we can honor follow-ups and warranty conversations, then delete it.

What This Site Is

Everything here — service pages, guides, city pages, answers to common questions — is general information about roofing and waterproofing work. It describes how we approach the work. It is not an inspection of your building, not a recommendation for it, and not legal advice. Buildings get judged in person, not from a web page.

Estimates and Proposals

An estimate is not a contract. Anything we quote by phone, by email, or through the form on this site is a proposal — scope, materials, and price become an agreement only in a written document both sides sign. If you have not signed something, nothing has been agreed.

Photographs and Copy

The photographs, video, and writing on this site are ours. The field footage was shot on our own jobs. Please don't republish any of it as your own — if you want to use something, ask us first.

Information Changes

Codes, statutory deadlines, materials, and our own service area all change over time. We update these pages when they change, but we can't promise every page is current at the moment you read it. When a detail matters to a decision you are making, call and ask instead of relying on the page.
