By accessing or using our services, including roof inspections, repairs, waterproofing, and consultations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Scope of Services

Silver Leaf Construction provides residential and commercial roofing services including, but not limited to:

  • Roof Inspections & Free Estimates

  • Roof Repair (Tile, Shingle, Flat, etc.)

  • Roof Replacement & New Roof Installation

  • Emergency Leak Response

  • Waterproofing & Weatherproofing

  • Gutter Repair & Installation

  • On-site Project Consultations & Assessments

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the property as needed for assessments and scheduled work

  • Supply accurate project-related information and property conditions

  • Review and approve work estimates and agreements in a timely manner

  • Notify us of any changes or concerns related to service or scheduling

  • Ensure that their property complies with local permitting and safety requirements

Silver Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or unresponsive communication.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing

  • Deposits may be required prior to beginning work

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the service agreement

  • Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees

4. Results & Guarantees

While we aim for the highest quality and satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific timelines, weather conditions, or third-party material availability. Any guarantees or warranties will be stated clearly in the signed work agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (14 days unless otherwise agreed). Upon termination:

  • All outstanding balances must be paid

  • Materials or work delivered remain the property of Silver Leaf until paid in full

  • Warranties are void if a project is terminated prior to completion

6. Intellectual Property

All branded materials, photographs, designs, and documentation created by Silver Leaf remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information, including pricing, project details, and communication, confidential unless disclosure is required by law or written consent is provided.

8. Compliance & Legal

Clients are responsible for ensuring their property meets local building code and permitting requirements. Silver Leaf provides assistance but is not liable for fines, delays, or penalties due to non-compliance.

9. Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for weather-related delays, pre-existing property issues, or manufacturer defects in materials unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Silver Leaf Construction will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for services rendered within the 30 days preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. SMS & Email Marketing Disclaimer

If you opt into receiving service reminders or promotional offers via SMS or email, you agree to comply with:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • The CAN-SPAM Act

  • Any applicable state or federal laws

Silver Leaf is not responsible for message delivery issues related to carriers or third-party services. You may opt out at any time.

  • Phone calls

for project updates, scheduling, service-related communication, or promotions. You can unsubscribe or reply “STOP” to opt out at any time.
